Farmhouse bathroom before-n-after
Imagine a silo.
You are now standing in it!
This remodeled bathroom exists within a silo attached to the client’s home.
We kept the footprint as is (really, who wants to structurally change a silo?$?) We updated this compact bathroom to be low-maintenance and beautiful!
Here’s what we accomplished: we upgraded the cabinets and layout, employed a small farmhouse sink as a double-use sink mounted under a solid surface countertop (style + low maintenace), selected a gooseneck plumbing fixture and sconce, minimized the mirror, bought locally-made crackle subway tiles, introduced water efficient comfort height toilet and a handheld shower held (which allowed for easier cleaning too!), better and more efficient lighting plan (bring in the LEDs and lose the florescent box), removed carpet (yeah, we know…carpet in a bathroom- no bueno!) all while giving the look of washed wood with tiled planks with minimal grout lines.
We believe in creating beautiful spaces that function as beautifully as they look.
